This mindset has helped me throughout the years. Hopefully it helps you too!

I've built, scaled, and sold businesses in industries most people wouldn't connect. Powersports, Landscaping, restaurants, marketing, health food, lighting and AV.
Different industries. Same system.
That's the point.
Most first-time entrepreneurs think the hard part is finding the right idea, the right market, the right moment. It's not. The hard part is building something that actually runs , without you holding it together with duct tape and 80-hour weeks.
I learned that the hard way. Fifteen years and multiple businesses later, I've got a repeatable playbook that works regardless of the industry. Not because I'm special, because the fundamentals don't change.
Right now I'm running four active businesses while building this platform to give first-time entrepreneurs the framework I wish I'd had on day one.
No fluff. No theory. Just the system.
Simple ≠ Easy.

Yep, that’s me in the dinosaur shirt, “helping” my dad work on an irrigation motor in the panhandle of Oklahoma (Circa 1998). I grew up watching him build, struggle, and succeed in his business. Being raised by an entrepreneur (before it was a buzz word) and going on to build not one, not two, but three successful businesses of my own — I can say from a lifetime of experience: business is tough as hell, but 100% worth the fight.

Powersports was my first love. I spent over a decade wrenching, selling, modifying, and building off-road machines. After selling that company to a private equity group, I jumped headfirst into a brand new industry — landscaping.
Fun fact: I sold my first hydroseeding job before I even knew what hydroseeding was... and booked my first irrigation install before I had ever seen one in action. We did $2.2M our first year. It all came down to confidence, delivering on my word, and giving the customer a damn good product.
Now, my focus is locked in on my newest challenge, launching and scaling a next-level QSR concept.

Founded in 2013, Snider Motorsports was the embodiment of everything I loved, it was fun, it was family and on top of all that. I was able to make a living by doing it.

I found my love of powersports in the back of a NAPA store my Dad owned, as me and him worked on an 80's model Suzuki 50 dirt bike (I still have it). It was right then and there I knew what I was going to do.

The early success I was blessed enough to enjoy during my time at Snider Motorsports was unmatched, it was pure adrenaline. From riding, to customizing, and selling. I loved it all!

I literally founded Kings Lawn from a simple personal need to build a business and due to the fact that I signed a Non-Compete when I sold my first company. Plus, at this point, I knew with the correct amount of effort (all of it) failure was impossible.

I would have never thought in a million years that I would be selling grass, let alone, financing it to people. But, after working in finance for so long, it only made sense. So I dug deep, literally and found the keys to making a landscaping company work, and applied them.

Who wouldn't have a blast running to the CAT Dealership and dropping a quarter million for some life size Tonka toys?? It was incredible, and I enjoyed every second. But seriously, bit of advice. If you're going to do it, definitely invest in the best equipment!

First of all, I had NO idea if a QSR Concept that only offered 3 things on the menu would work (Everyone said it wouldn't). But, when you go all in on something, turns out it works out.

Funny Name, Serious Revenue. Be memorable, keep in mind that every single logo or name that you come up with will be ridiculed or laughed at by those with the inability to see the bigger picture, just keep your head up and get to work. They get real quiet when you start cashing checks.

If dancing around in a chicken suit sounds like a good time, welcome to the party. Also, just know that it'll make a great story someday. Never be too embarrassed to do anything necessary to win or be known!

I never felt good enough, I always had "success" when compared to the average person who never really tries, but my health and body never kept up. I didn't prioritize my mental and physical health, so now we're changing that with APEX

I used to think that starting over was a bad thing, but I've realized that starting something new is an opportunity to do it 10X better than last time. For me it's almost a game now. I'll challenge myself: "How fast can I get this brand to its first Million?"

You're fat, lazy and under utilizing your mind, the sooner you really admit that, the sooner you will wake up and get to work. And then, maybe you can become something greater.
